I love arkservers.io. I have hosted several clusters there.the UI is great, the price is better and uptime is outstanding. They even make updates easy. By far the best host I have found.

I have not been a customer very long but I plan to be. Great service with fast response time for question and set up. As far I can tell server run very smooth. Though we are still looking to test them with 40+ players. So far everything super simple to set up. Their GUI is really easy to use. Setting up a cluster just takes a few clicks. In most cases ready in a minute or two.

I've been through some of the most recommended hosts for a variety of games and you guys are by far the best without a hint of competition. The servers run great. You have the perfect set of options for pricing. And your community treats people like valued members and not just values in a spreadsheet. My ONLY complaint is the lack of Api and limited games. But I can live with that.

I've set up so many servers using ArkServers.io with not one problem at all. Decent Ping rates and such a customizable platform I would not use anything else. Best prices I've come across so far :)

I have used them for a while now and I have never had issue, support is great, and when requested they start working on new features. Also if you stop hosting with them and you have credits left over(Pay by the year) those credits are held in your account for later use.

OK so seriously i have come from alpha ark till now(4k hours). I was on legacy servers up until about 6 months ago.. THE LAG has become unbearable. Like they want us out of those servers. So I had been looking into jumping into taking the server saves and creating my own server because my friend and i love what we have but don't love the current quality of life on ark official legacy servers. I was able to EASILY copy the saved server files from arks website to arkservers.io EVEN while on my free trial and see how it worked. I had seen so many other servers and non offered free trials and most offered no control panel OR made you pay for EVERY SINGLE function. arkservers.io NOT ONLY let me pull the server save over BUT the ping is even better then official and zero lag. The only lag is the normal lag ark does when backing up and such. My friend and i where EASILY able to become admins and use the tools. I AM SO Friggin HAPPY With this choice i already purchased another server so we can get the dinos off the other servers AND not only did we get our dinos and our base on one so far BUT our characters are there and it knew who we where. ITS LIKE I NEVER STOPPED PLAYING!!! Thank you so much to the TEAM here @ Arkservers.io and the other players and such who helped with my stupid questions. :smiley: can't wait to get this up and running get our base the way we want it and open our PVP/PVE server up here for everyone :smiley: I have so many damn things going through my mind of what I want to do and the sweet thing is Your servers will allow all of it to work with no problem :smiley: TY !! My ping is also the lowest i have ever seen on any server in ark and most other gaming servers.

I love ArkServers.io the staff responds quickly and will help you though the problems involving your server.

I love the service and speed with which Arkservers.io supports their servers, never had outages and any issues were resolved in a matter of hours. Thank you for your awesome dedication to my gaming
