Sofar have no complaints, they always help and menu is easy to use.

+ Prix très abordable de 1 à 4 serveurs. + Les serveurs sont très stable. + Très bon ping. + Facilité pour la gestion. ++ Possibilité de faire du cross serveur. - Revient plus chère à partir de 4 serveurs, mieux vaut louer un serveur dédié dans ce cas. - Ram limitée à 15 Giga.

The web UI is awesome, and truly is built with Admins in mind. Both for Ark and 7dtd. But being that its built FOR Ark, the 7dtd Panel is lacking severely. Not to mention, Experimental updates for 7dtd were unsupported until I mentioned I would no longer use this service as my players will jump ship if we have to wait weeks to get Stable update because Arkservers.io didn't want to try experimental. So at least they listened to that. Another gripe, their support is rather lacking as well. Nobody wants to email.. its 2019... Thats what Discords are for... and they even have one setup.. and monitored by a bot... but it pretty much serves NO purpose at all. If anything, Discord is a place you can grow your Brand, get people feeling like they are part of this Place, and they will stick around. Other than my small issues, its a Great Hosting provider. With the auto backups (BIG PLUS) auto generated website that displays server status, etc this Provider feels much much more premium than others! and I can't complain about performance either! Never had an issue.

Good server quality for a reasonable price. I wish there was some feature to pause the server and pay less for it for a time being without cancelling it entirely, but other than that, its been fantastic.

Strong servers, good support, and an excellent deal. Great all around.

Wonderful servers and the staff are very helpful the only issue i have is i wish they hosted atlas and conan servers

ArkServers.io does a great job of keeping everything up to date, and charges a fair rate. I hardly have any lag issues (barring one time during the winter when we kept getting lag spikes) but otherwise runs smooth. My main issue is that it doesn't have all the server options readily available, so if you want to do like customized engrams or a few of the other common ones that they don't have (but the option is there if you host your own) you have to actually write out the code for it in the "expert" section. Overall its a great server and enjoy the ability to restart my server after a couple months of me taking it down. also when you create a server it is available within 20 mins or less normally... mine took like 5 mins to set up
