I swapped to these guys a while back from another service, and the difference is night and day. Their UI is excellent. Their customer service is good, though not crazy fast. The good news is that their servers are so consistently up and their settings are so easy to use that I've literally only had to interact with customer service once. It took a couple of hours to fix my issue, which is perfectly reasonable. I'm mildly bummed out that they don't have hosting for all the games I play on private servers, but for the games they host you can't do better.

I have been using Arkservers.io for my Ark and 7DTD servers for a couple years now. They have the most comprehensive and straight forward dashboard I have experienced of the dozen or so different providers I have tried. They are quick to help on their discord if any issues arise but rarely has there been any issues that they were responsible for (WC patch issues are the most common). Love this host and will continue to use them for as long as they are around.

Simple to use, good GUI, excellent mod management and mod installation experience, amazing staff and good response times from experienced staff members that know what they are doing.

Great Customer Service and open to suggestions. They also respond quickly to issues from updates even if its WIldscards fault.

Simply the best place for Ark Servers, and I've tried several including Nitrado. Less lag, more features, and ease of use make this the only place I'd ever use.
