ArkServers.ioReviews of arkservers.io

If the servers go down due to Wildcard update they 100% work as quickly as possible to get them backup. They always keep us informed and if you are new to running a server and have a question.. their customer service is awesome. Way more stable than Nitrado.

Always solid and easy to use. Has more features than most hosting sites for ark as well. I dont like getting crazy with .ini because im not too savvy and they make it so you dont need to.

Excellent server experience! They even sent me an email after I was dormant for a few months telling me I should consider cancelling. This is the 3rd time I've used these guys for a total of 2 years and I have had no issues worth mentioning. I highly recommend using them.

Super fast service and friendly quick response to questions. I play heavily modded Ark and 7d2d games. I haven't had a single issue with lag on either game, most notably 7d2d with the zombie count per person boosted from 8 to 25!

I have spent many hours managing servers for Ark. Out of all of the hosts or providers or whatever you want to call them these guys have been the best. They add so many quality of life improvements to the UI and make everything super easy to understand and use. Whether you are a casual admin or managing a huge cluster server for 100's of active players I'd recommend them for sure. I'm not going to dive in to all of the little details because I'm lazy... Which is why I love these guys, they save me so much work by making it easy to manage a server lol. Seriously, it's super cheap to try it for a month. You'd be doing yourself a disservice not to check it out. This might sound like one of those reviews that employees leave on their own product. It's not. Or maybe it is... yOu'Ll nEvEr kNoWwww... But really it's not.

A reliable and very user friendly server host. I had a lot of issues with other services and this one is affordable and easy to use. Much recommend, very worth.

After years of looking for a good host, and trying several providers for extended periods, I found Arkservers.io. Arkservers.io offers a robust suite of features you will not find anywhere else.Lightning fast servers, immense configuration features, and total control over your servers. Easy clustering, simplified management tools to make the life of an admin much simpler. Similarly a support community of experienced developers and professionals intent on helping you run will assist you with configuration and troubleshooting. You can't go wrong with Arkservers.io

We have 3 servers with ArkServers.io 2 for ARK and 1 for Rust, their up time is fantastic, their communication skills are top tier. Whenever support was required there was a response within 24 hours, they are active on Discord for updates and as soon as Minecraft hosting is available i'll be getting that too!
