Great service. Sometimes a little slow with new updates that can break the servers but that is probably more from the game developers than ArkServers. Ran these servers for over a year and can say it was a great experience. Fast and simple mod integration, easy enough to use interfaces for customizing settings, and mostly reliable. Thanks ArkServers!

I found ArkServers.io after dealing with a horrible host whom charged more money and zero support, after 2 months of dealing with issues i came across ArkServers.io and never looked back with the easy dashboard, easy mod installs i have moved from 1 server to a cluster of 3 and growing with no issues. Thanks arkservers.io for making it nice and easy to play ark again

quick setup and support

We've hosted Ark servers with Arkservers.io twice now. Both times have been amazing. The servers are super easy to set up, stable with only minor hiccups (which is expected from any server host). Their customer support team is also amazingly responsive, and get back to you super quickly. The backend is also extremely user friendly. Just an all-around great experience. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to host an Ark server.

Without a doubt some of the best customer service I have had from a hosting company. Whether it be via e-mail or Discord, I have had most questions answered incredibly quickly. The folks that help out on the Discord Server not only know what we need to run our servers, they are very knowledgeable about Ark as well.

I have been renting and running ARK servers on and off for about 3 to 4 years now, trying different hosting companies. I was with another company, and it got to a point with their servers all I was getting was error messages and server(s) crashing. I was renting 3 servers at that time, and I am a small streamer so I needed the servers to work. I went back and forth for days talking to the support team but with no avail. So I was about to give up on ARK (again), but I decided I would start doing some searching on GOOGLE then saw ArkServers.io and decided WTH why not. I have to say it was the BEST decision I could have made. At first the CP was not what I was use to but once I used it for like 5 minutes I was like, this in incredible, they have pretty much put all the power into the end users hands. Point being if your server is lagging you want to change locations or networks all that is needed is a couple of mouse clicks done, and the best thing is all of my files and mods where moved also. In my opinion the CP is extremely will made and its ease of use is GREAT for 1st time server admins/owners, just read the questions answer yes or no it is pretty much that simple the CP does the rest for you. You want to add mods (a lot of admins/owners do) just one click of the mouse and it's done. So for me being a small streamer and allowing me to have the flexibility within their CP to pretty much allow me to do what I need to do, if something goes wrong I maybe down an hour not a day like the other hosting company I was with.
