Full access to the config and pretty good stability. Only issue is there is a fair bit of lag with the Palworld server but I honestly think it may be the game since I never had the issue with their Ark servers.

I have been using ArkServers.io for a few years, just for our ARK and have never once had an issue but today I have a reason to say something that shows their honestly and why I will never change servers. Yesterday I had logged into one of our servers and noticed serious lag ..... like 'do I need to restart my computer' lag as I had never once had any issues with any service, today I go to start up the other server to find they had left a message on our log in screen which pertained to that server from yesterday directly, stepping up stating the hardware had become over loaded and they apologized, to give them a few days and that some people would likely change servers freeing up that overload. To me having them step up and advise me makes them a server to trust, not hiding and waiting for someone to contact them, like another server I rent for a different game as ArkServers.io did not provide a platform for it when it came out, this shows you as a potential user of this service will be a priority and formost in their attempts to be transparent and support you as a service provider, that put them above and beyond in my opinion

ArkServers.io is a solid investment in your gaming universe. This company provides more tools than other hosting sites and nothing you do not need. I've ran Ark servers with this company off and on for years now and never had any problems with running the servers. I did once experience an 'outage' in regards to being able to purchase a server as the company stated on the website they were running at capacity, and I wound up having to host with another company (less enjoyable experience!) for a few months, but that is honesty that I appreciate. ArkServers.io did NOT over-sell their infrastructure resources and I appreciate that! The only 'issues' I've ever had were caused my own admin actions in ARK (such as reverting a cluster node after someone transferred to another map, thereby creating a paradox where their character existed on two maps at once). I would highly recommend ArkServers.io to anyone wanting to host legacy Ark: Survival Evolved servers.

The pricing is fair for the service they provide! While I have had difficulties in the past in terms of managing mods or even the settings on the server, I've found my experience with ArkServers.io to be pain free and intuitive. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to use one of their servers.

I've been using ArkServers.io for my personal ARK server for a several months now and have had no problems with it at all. The control panel is easy to navigate. The cost is the best I've seen. Would highly recommend.

Really great server provider very stable and are willing to work with us

Arkservers.io has been a great host for all the games our little group plays. We have extensive playtime in ARK and 7DTD, the control panel is hands down the best available. So much detail and information provided that you know everything going on with the server.
