You have stolen a server from a friend and her money, and clamed you did a refund when you clearly didnt.

My genesis 2 map is having constantly lag and every now and thet i get a message when i log in to the control panel the hardware where my server is being hosted is pver loaded. And npw my genesis 2 map were laging and restart the server now it doesnt even start up.

Sorry, I had such good results last time I had two servers here but this time around I could only connect 1 time and then the server was no longer visible thru steam.

No support and desn't let you know that you need to upgrade to higher plan for GEN 2

So, I signed up for the $16/60 slot deal that arkservers.io hawks to the net a week before Ark Gen 2 dropped. My plan was to start streaming a modded version of Ark on Crystal Isle. There sales pitch talks about how easy it is to install mods (and it is) but what they did NOT describe is how once you start installing mods, you need to rent ADDITIONAL RAM to house those mods. Ok.. so I get it, more cost for more memory, but then Gen 2 hit and what a cluster that was. Most of the servers were down, their discord was a riot of customers not being able to run it and/or their other servers that dont run Gen 2 were also crashing. They asked for patience, no body expected Gen 2 to be so un-optimized.. and I said.. ok.. makes sense, I'll let this ride for a month and come back once things settle. Well, Im back a month later and still couldnt get my server to stay up more than 10 min at a time. When I looked for support, I get an "email us at.... and we will get back to you within 48 hours". Are you kidding me? Not to mention that when I said in their discord that at $16 for 60 slots I could be a little understanding, one of their own moderators said "well, thats a little misleading... its 60 slots, on The Island map, with basically no mods running". STAY AWAY from this group of con artists and go with a reputable company to host your servers. Ive canceled my server mid month and will not be back even though I lost money on this crap.

The customer service is NON existent. Nobody responds. You are on your own if you have an issue. --What Happened to me- The server would NOT update, I had the typical Mod mismatch. But even though the server was set to auto update it would not. After manually stopping and rebooting several times the error persisted and I could not get in game. I needed help. There was none. I sent several messages and emails and no response. I joined their discord but apparently you can't leave a message unless you join the discord NITRO PAID service. I could not even ASK them for my money back because they would not respond to my emails. I eventually had to call credit card company to deny payment. What a Nightmare.

They oversold their server slots now everyone suffers. they say we can move the server to a better location. but NA is full. No, I don't want to play from Europe. Edit: Issue was resolved after 3 days.

i bought a server to play ark gen 2. once i paid for it it said i can not play it unless i pay 35 bucks instead. So i forked over more money which is WRONG and it still crashes and refuses to load, with zero mods and Zero addons.
