The support team is extremely helpful, the server runs super smooth, and the settings are easy to adjust. The only problems I've ever had are because the servers are linux based and WildCard sometimes breaks linux servers after an update.

Have had several servers on Arkservers and never had any serious issue. Very engaged with their community through discord.

fast server good value for money

These folks have been fantastic. Why? Because I haven't had to talk to customer support or tek support for any single reason. Any issues and there's immediate help for it right at my fingertips. Their prices are inexpensive and they offer exactly what I need.

Though pricy, this is the easiest to use, most extensive ark server host I've used, and I've used a few. Almost any setting you can imagine is manageable through an easy to use control panel. The server rarely has issues, and usually only when you're restarting it every ten minutes to mess with settings (my fault). It's got great ping, for me and my friends it's about 20-50 depending on where we are in the country. Lastly, I've only needed to contact the company for questions a couple times but they've gotten back to me within a few hours no matter when I did it, despite the fact that I play late at night. I absolutely recommend this server provider over anyone else, and the price tag is worth the ease of use and the service provided.
