Simon was of fantastic assistance helping me restore my server that I incorrectly cancelled. Was able to get the old save files transfered to a new server and everything was working as it was before.

I have been with AGS for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. Their support has made the difference with other companies in my experience. James Richards, a lead support tech, makes sure to clarify what I need if there is any ambiguity, minimizes down time as much as possible, and promptly responds after changes have been made. For those of us that just like to play games and not know the technical server part for a game, it's people like James that reassure that our server and game progress are in good hands.

I had some issues with getting any help with my ticket. But when James replied to my ticket he helped me figure out what the problem was and fixed it fast. Sorry to say he helped me more then any other Customer Server agent did. I wish there were more like James out there. Thank you again, James, hope this helps you out. :) Stay safe everyone

To whom it may concern, James Richards helped me immensely as he has always done every time I have needed support in regards to the services I have in regards to Ark: Survival Evolved. Today, again, as he usually does, James Richards went far and beyond to help me with a start error I was having with one of our game servers. James was kind, attentive, and made sure I knew step by step what I needed to do on my end so that he can further assist me and he did it with due respect and diligence. This shows his professionalism, as well as his attention to detail, especially when it comes to customer service. He is a great part of your team, and every time he handles my issues I know that they're being handled appropriately. Thank you!
