Email always bounced & request fully refunds It's disappointment and frustration regarding the late delivery of my order placed on 1 Dec 2023 with online shop (totally 6 money bank). The order was intended to be a Christmas gift for our kids, but unfortunately, it did not arrive in time for the holiday, as promised. Order Details: Order Number: 10999199967 Order Date: 2 Dec 2023 Expected Delivery Date: before Xmas As my intention was to surprise my kids during the festive season but now was NOTHING!

I ordered on Dec 6, 2023. First they billed me $10 more than the amount on the receipt. It took me 2 weeks to get that resolved. Then they wouldn't give me any tracking. Finally I threatened to have the charges reversed and they sent a tracking number that said item not found. Numerous messages back and forth. Finally on Dec 31, 2023 the package started moving( tracking people said they received it that day. It took four weeks to finally get the product. Almost 8 weeks from start to finish. Very poor quality. I assure you I will never order from this company again.

I ordered banks for my grandsons on November 8 for Christmas and never received them. Customer service support is terrible. I try to email them and get a lane response to contact the seller but there is nowhere to do this!!! No phone number to reach them. The last update I received was that it shipped to the U.S. on 12/25. I will never order anything again that is shipped from overseas. Lesson learned and a loss of $40 and no banks!

Ordered two pairs of night driving glasses for $26.00 in Australia. Credit card was immediately charged over $50.00 . Found out too late that it was USD .

Tissue box cover was advertised as “49% discount”. At $26.39 incl shipping. I thought it seemed a bit pricy but reasonable for a fun item. I realised too late that it was in USD which made it almost $50AUD. 49% off indicates that its regular price is almost $100AUD!! For a plastic tissue box cover! Their sales policy states you can cancel your order prior to shipping. I immediately requested cancellation but they delayed responding and said it was too late and that I could return the item after receiving it. It arrived weeks later and is cheap quality, cheap-looking, and poorly constructed. I followed their return instructions only to be referred to a different link to “contact seller”. Links do not work and you end up going around in circles. Seller is now unresponsive to emails. Choose carefully from this seller. Quality is poor, customer service non-existent, and marketing extremely deceptive. Their product reviews are fake.

think twice about ordering. I submitted 2 separate orders late Nov 2023. One order was 1 tissue box and the second order was 2 additional tissue boxes. I was charged for both orders immediately and only received one tracking number for the 1 tissue box. I received that 1 box in the mail a couple days ago, over a month later. I have not received the 2 tissue boxes for the second order, nor can I get a tracking number. They do not respond to emails and the contact information does nothing. I get nowhere. They simply send me a response that asks if they've answered my questions. fraud..... I wish I would have looked into these horrible reviews prior to ordering. Shop somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run!!!! Zero stars from me! calling the bank next:)

If I could, I would give them a zero. I ordered something on Dec 5 and I was told it would be here in time for Christmas. As of January 2, I still do not have it and they refuse to issue a refund, as it "already shipped" I tried to look at the tracking number and it says page not found. I will never order from them again and I highly advise people to not order from them at all. I have sent several emails and now I have to get my money back from the bank as they refuse to do anything.

Its just a cheap front end for low quality little stores. They just take their cut and the buck stops there. No support from them at all. Do not deal with them in any way shape or form. I was overcharged and they didn't care and wouldn't let me cancel my order.
