I would leave zero stars if possible…
I would leave zero stars if it were possible. This company operates with zero transparency. Their website originally stated that orders would ship in July. Once July arrived, they quietly pushed the timeline to August via email. When I replied to object, I received an automated message promising a response within one business day. Over two weeks went by with total radio silence. I followed up on August 1st, and instead of answering my question, the company simply canceled my order with no explanation or warning. Completely unprofessional and amateur business practices.
