Go ARENAReviews of arena.fit

The Arena is intuitive and easy to use. It makes working out fit seamlessly into my day. Can’t imagine going back to a gym membership!

As a novice to strength training, I love that Arena is simple to use and set up. I am able to quickly jump right into my workouts with ease and due to the portability of the Arena, I have the ability to workout from any room in my house. The guided workouts allow me to focus on learning new exercises and develop correct form. I like that the app tracks my workouts and allows me to see my progress. My Arena arrived quickly and the company was extremely responsive when I had questions about how to properly use the waist belt attachment. Since implementing the Arena into my workout routine, I have noticed an improvement in my abilities in the sports I enjoy, such as snowboarding, mountain biking, and running.

Love my arena, high quality workouts from home. 0-200lb+ of resistance in my living room with a great catalog of workouts when I want a preprogrammed lift. Also love popping it into my trunk and bringing to the park / beach area outdoors. High quality build, great digital UI, no monthly fee happy, customer right here!

I love this machine esp being able to change weights up with literally the touch of a finger. Learning new ways to workout from home and I also like the sleek design of it.

I started looking for a smart strength training device after a few weeks of frustrating strength workouts. I have a Peloton to handle cardio, but I was struggling to find a strength training solution. I own “dial-a-weight,” dumbbells but I had trouble getting started on any type of program or knowing how much weight I should use for any particular workout move. I found myself reverting to the same few moves with no plan or progress to build on. We had family members that own a Tonal, but they were having trouble moving it after their initial location was no longer feasible, and I did not want to pay the steep entry price, the extra cost to get the accessories needed to use the machine, and expensive, recurring subscription fees. I was also worried about damage to the screen as my infant daughter gets older. The Arena solved all my strength training issues. Everything you need to use the machine is included, the workouts are pre-built, moves are demonstrated on the app, and I can easily adjust the weight in real-time. The machine is sturdy, portable, and can be used anywhere. I can just turn on the machine, choose a workout, and go. It pairs perfectly with the Peloton, and I can feel myself getting stronger after just a few weeks! My wife, a strength training novice, was a skeptic at first, but now she loves it too. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

It's not everyday that you find a product that delivers on so many important levels. ARENA gives me access to a portable, capable, engaging system that helps me stay consistent in my workouts and track my progress. The workouts are excellent and the advanced features of the platform offer way more than any traditional weight based system ever could. Super happy with my ARENA!

LOVE THE ARENA! Versatility is unmatched. Packaging as if opening Apple product - everyone loves a good unboxing and the team at Arena nailed it. Super easy to set up and get the first workout in! The app is amazing and some of the new features ("eccentric mode") are incredible. Taking my fitness to the next level for sure.

I have a busy schedule as a physician in downtown Philadelphia. The ARENA unit not only provides an intense workout at home every day but saves me valuable time that I would have spent commuting to/from a gym and waiting on equipment. The focus on interval training, core strengthening, and flexibility has already improved my athletic performance significantly. I have added 20+ yards to my club distances on the golf course and now frequently get comments from other players about my long bomb drives and swing speed. The team at ARENA is extremely friendly and supportive - I was provided with a personal concierge and all of my questions have been answered quickly. I could not be happier that I cancelled my gym membership and joined ARENA. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and strength as efficiently as possible.
