Arctic Grey, Ltd.Reviews of arcticgrey.com

Our website FactoryDirectSupplyOnline.com would not be possible without Arctic Grey's help and support . Anthony and his Fantastic team not only helped us build the website, they also took the time to teach us how to make changes to keep our site updated and how to address and fix any possible issues and for us that was key. As a new E-Commerce business without a technical team we needed a lot of help and guidance, Arctic Grey was always available and very prompt to answer questions and take care of our requests. We are extremely happy with our website and will continue making improvements with Arctic Grey's support, they are Awesome !!!

Work flow was efficient and professional. They are quick to respond to emails and finish tasks in a timely manner. We are thrilled with how our website turned out!

JANE + MERCER has been working with Arctic Grey for almost a year now and the experience has been stellar from the beginning. Arctic Grey came highly recommended after a not-so-great experience with our previous web developer, so our hopes and expectations were high—they certainly did not disappoint! Our goal was to create a beautiful and user-friendly site that embodies our brand values. Anthony and the Arctic Grey team more than delivered. They managed to work expeditiously, as we were on a tight timeframe, and also with patience. They have been great partners—very professional and responsive—and we could not be happier with the result.

Arctic Grey was recommended to us by Shopify as one of their preferred website designers. They had received excellent reviews from clients and we decided to go with them to rebuild our website about 1.5 years ago. Working with the Arctic Grey team has been great. They have designed a beautiful, very user-friendly shopping platform for our clients. They respond to us promptly, and we continue to have monthly calls with them to keep enhancing our site and keep it fresh. We would be happy to recommend Arctic Grey for their professionalism and superior delivery to any of our peers in women\'s fashion looking to develop or build their e-commerce platforms. In the past, we have used other developers, but Arctic Grey has by far been the best, and we look forward to continuing to work with them as our online sales grow. Thank you, Arctic Grey team!

The Cashmere Sale has been working with Anthony from Arctic Grey for the past 3 years. We needed to update our site after a somewhat terrible experience with our previous developer. Our goal was to create an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly site for us and our customers. Arctic Grey has done a great job of creating exactly what we visioned and more. We now have a website that we can easily manage. They met all of our expectations while providing a lot of insight with suggestions regarding marketing tools that we didn't know existed. They have been great partners very professional, comprehensive, and competent throughout the process. We continue to work together with a weekly touch base to tweak the site as things evolve and find our needs are met timely. We will continue to work with Arctic Grey in the future ... very happy we found them!

Arctic Grey LTD. was super creative designing the website frame. Very knowledgeable regarding the different apps to use to help us convert. Quick to react to issues. They have a talented crew. Anthony Spallone was a dream to work with. I would definitely give them 5 stars!!

We launched our website with Anthony Spallone as Arctic Grey's representative. I have been in business for over 25 years, and I have dealt with a number of programmers, developers, and IT salespeople. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that Anthony is the best. Throughout this process, we ran into numerous technical problems and hit several road blocks, none the fault of Arctic Grey or Anthony. Yet, Anthony was always there to help us solve the problems we encountered, patient as a saint, and committed to our satisfaction. He, and as a result, Arctic Grey went above and beyond what you would expect to get in terms of quality, commitment, customer service. If you are contemplating hiring Arctic Gray, go ahead, you won't regret it. It is one of the few investments you will make that you won't lose sleep over. Anthony had our back, and the quality of the product, website, design, and depth of content was ultimately delivered without a hitch. It's unusual to heap so much praise on an individual and a company, but it's true; I recommend Arctic Grey without hesitation and encourage you to use them for your next website project.
