Love Arctic Grey. They have excellent account managers, are super efficient and accomplish tasks quickly and effectively. I also love the "bulk hours' model so I do not feel like I am paying for things I don't need or use!

Artic Grey has been a great resource for us. Our project manager was great. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful in fulfilling our requests. We have used AG several times in the past, and plan to continue to do so in the future.

They have been instrumental in merging our proprietary inventory management, accounting, and point of sale system over to Shopify and their developers have helped us realize our vision. The team at Arctic Grey worked with us at Woodland Essence to rebuild our Shopify website after our original developer moved on. Anthony and his team of programmers were always there to support us during the design phase and the launch. Hannah, our project manager, was energetic, knowledgeable, and prompt in responding to our questions and needs. Both Anthony & Hannah were helpful in suggesting the look and feel of our new updated site. They were also helpful in suggesting new apps for us and integrating those apps with our site. Even though our progress to an updated site was interrupted by Co-vid, Anthony and his team never forgot us and stayed with us to the end of our project. We look forward to continuing to work with Arctic Grey in the future as we develop and expand our site to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Hannah has been awesome with the helping with the overall vision of what we wanted to accomplish when we set out on this re-platform and redesign. There were some minor hiccups along the way but they were handled both quickly and responsively. Great website development company.
