Arctic Grey, Ltd.Reviews of arcticgrey.com

Anthony and team are amazing. Incredibly responsive and hardworking. We're a "picky" client and they delivered thoroughly on every single detail of the website re-design. I was constantly mind-blown by how quickly they responded and were able to implement the changes we asked for. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They're simply THE BEST Shopify developer team we've ever worked with (and we've worked with quite a few!). I don't know how they do it, but they deliver on everything. Keep up the excellent work!

Arctic Grey really went above and beyond helping us get our website redesign completed. Freshly launched, spincontrol.co, was in desperate need of a redesign to help launch our newest products. We had some ideas about how we would like that to look but Arctic Grey helped us bring it together nicely with an awesome front page design and got the rest of our website nice and clean as we had asked. We had been quoted for a certain number of bulk hours and when the work went over that time, they honored their commitment to the original quote and finished the job. Very happy with their work and highly recommend!

Our experience with Arctic Grey has been amazing thus far, they were able to take our old website with coding issues and transform it into our brand new and fully functional site with a beautiful upgraded aesthetic. Their attention to detail, creative solutions, responsiveness and patience has made this one of the best website development experiences that we have had as a company. We would definitely recommend them to any business looking to work with an expert crew!

Extremely responsive, we would get input and action on requested tasks within 24 hours, even on weekends! Over and above expectations.

Working with the Arctic Grey team has been a delight. They have delivered on all our requests with zero friction, efficiently and effortlessly. For me, as a creative director and designer, working with professionals that possess an elevated graphic design vocabulary is essential. Those skills, paired with AG’s technical and e-commerce chops, are an unbeatable combination. My client, who wanted to update and modernize her site, had initially been advised to use a developer rebuild it from the ground up, which involved an insane amount of effort, not to mention cost. I convinced her that utilizing Arctic Grey to customize a fresh template was a far more time and cost-effective solution. And they proved me right! As we near the launch of our first collaboration, I am very much looking forward to our next project together and will recommend AG to my peers and anyone in need of premium e-commerce expertise.

This was the first time we worked with Arctic Grey and we couldn't be happier. We had a shopping site developed by someone else and it didn't work well. Arctic Grey figured out our business and had great recommendations. They are also very quick and super responsive.

We hired Arctic Grey to develop a Shopify custom theme for our new skincare line. This turned out to be an excellent decision. Arctic Grey is one of those rare companies that delivers above and beyond their promises. Quality of their work is second t none. So is their business ethic. Anthony is a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the entire process we never had to follow up on any of our requests! Everything was done ahead of the schedule! If Anthony said he’d call at 10am, you phone would ring exactly at 10am. If he promised something done in 3 business days, it would be done in one. And the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have an professional, honest, and highly reliable partner is simply priceless!

Arctic Grey worked extremely fast and very professional at making changes and updating our site for our re-branding! They are great at keeping you informed of upcoming changes with progress reports. I look forward to working with them again. Thank you Arctic Grey!
