Obviously a scam. To whoever it ships to it seems to be poorly manufactured chinese knockoffs. My order waas mysteriously "returned to sender." Im pretty sure a dummy parcel was shipped just tp generate a tracking number. Customer service phone number redirects you to their website. The zendesk email doesnt reply unless you use the support form on the website. Customer service seems to be operated by a bot not a real person. Getting my purchase reversed by the bank. Waste of time.

ordered in june and still nothing. says it’s in compton and has been for the past month. they are a scam don’t order from here ever. wish my boyfriend would’ve found these reviews before buying.

Ordered 4 controllers on April 27 2020. I still haven't got them. Says awaiting package when taking. Filed a claim through PayPal for a refund so we'll see. Tried emailing the address that paypal has listed and it's not a valid address. Please do not order from this company

This is literally the worst video game website literally I still have not got my controller and it been 3 months🤦🏽‍♂️

Horrible order a controller off of them got it 34days later and it was broken unusable.

I usually don’t do reviews and I mean it, but holy moly was this the worse experience I’ve ever had ordering merchandise from shipping companies. My order has been over 3 months now! And still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted this company many times and trust when I say, their customer service and contact information was horrible. The contact list they have on the “Shop App” which they advised you to download so you can track your order doesn’t even have the correct contact! The tracker said and stills says “currently awaiting package” like are you freaking kidding me?!? I was able to finally contact them through the email they provided in their WEBSITE, they told me to email them the correct address, so I screenshot my address that was on the shipping address because it IS CORRECT! And they still can’t seem to resolve it! So I ended up asking for a refund and my goodness this process is taking forever! They keep lagging on giving me my refund, the package hasn’t even been shipped and for some reason they are taking their sweet time to give me back MY money. Horrible service! Feels like I’ve been scammed. Do not, I mean DO NOT order from them. You’ll be doing yourself a favor! Just pay a bit more and get quality service with legit companies. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Ordered on 12th April and they ignoring me ever since. 3 months on and still no controller. Generic answer to any emails but no help whatsoever. At wits end trying to deal with them. Feel scammed.

Ordered 2 ps4 controllers May 1. Nothing. I keep getting the runaround. No shipping information. Dont waste your time or money.
