DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE--TOTAL SCAM! I have had the same experience as others. I ordered a controller back on 6/4/20 and still haven't received it. I keep complaining to their customer service and keep getting generic responses back from "Stacy." I have also asked for a refund. Based on other reviews, it is not looking good for me.

Ordered and paid for a controller on April 10th 2020. As of July 19th, 2020 we have not received it. It's a total scam - they initially said the delay was due to COVID (plausible),then said our address was wrong (not true) and now ignore us. Asked for a refund - ignored.

Awful. After eventually getting my controller 2 months after ordering it didn't work. Spent the next 3 months chasing them for a refund and went round and round in circles. Still no refund and still pissed off.

Terrible experience. Bought the controllers 4 months ago. They never arrived. They kept telling me they were "sorting it out" all sorts of delay tactics. I escalated to Paypal to get my money back and they had the audacity to reply with a "tracking number" like it was actually on the way. The number doesn't even exist. If they think that would fool paypal... But the fact they even tried to pretend like it's not their fault and trying to keep some of that money shows how immoral they are. Absolute scammers. The worst.

I ordered a controller back in April at the beginning of the corona scare. After a month of not recieving it, I emailed them inquiring where it was. Some gal named stacey with customer service assured me it was on the way and resent me a tracking number that doesn't work (i.e. not in the system). After waiting patiently for another month I emailed them again. I got the same response, with the same fake tracking number. Today I am emailing them for a full refund. I am prepared to bring this dispute with with my bank and will also be leaving. BBB complaint. This is a crock of ****. I could have gone to bestbuy, paid a bit more, but saved a HUGE hassle.

Just got my controller and it is broken and unsusable.

Customer service took weeks to reply, order my my ps4 controller on may 15th and its July 16th and it is still in china,and have not heard from customer service in 2 weeks. Would not reccomend ordering anything from here
