Well at least I'm not the only one who got scammed, I guess. Anyways I ordered a ps4 controller a while back and the package never arrived, buy from somewhere else.

Ordered a red & black ps4 controller for my brother on June 9th. Its August 21st and it never left China. I tried being patient, thinking - oh, covid has affected lots of shipments, let's be nice. Tried contacting customer service and got nothing. I'm calling my bank in the next few days and disputing the payment since I never received anything. Don't order from this garbage ass site. It's fake.

Purchased 2 ps4 controllers and 1 charging dock April 23rd... Received charging dock in late June/early July, still have not received the controllers as of 8/19/20... Tried tracking the items and it says shipped 5/9/20 then got cancelled on 5/20/20 somewhere in Cainiao... Tried calling and emailing and I'm getting No where!! NEVER by from them!!!

Hver gang jeg skriver til dem, får jeg et automatisk svar med at det kan være pga. en forkert adresse, men jeg skrev min adresse mere end 6 gange - har stadig ikke fået min bestilling. Not only did the ps4 controller i bought suck, the R1 button gets stuck and the microphone doesn't work. But they promised to send me a replacement, and then ghosted me. That all happened after i waited about 2 month to get my first controller. Please avoid them and save yourself a headache.

made a purchase for 2 controllers on MAY 17th for the first 57 days in transit the shipping would update with expected delivery date extending by an additional day every day. Contacted their customer support 3 different times, the first 2 was told to wait longer. Request for refunds denied. Third time, no response from them. Used PAYPAL for this order thankfully, opened dispute July 22 - still waiting for refund with est resolution Aug 28th Should have clued in sooner on this one with the site not being open to reviews of its products and services. DO NOT BUY FROM ARCTIC GAMERS

HUGE SCAM! Purchased a ps4 controller 6 months ago, emailed them multiple times just to get an automated reply saying they are sorry and to email them my shipping address again!
