100% scam.. waiting 4 months for a controller..

Scammers :) It has been 3 months, still havent received the purchase. And it says that only half of my purchase was event sent. It has been 3 MONTHS and they dont even ship yet. Wrote them multiple times, they always send me template answers. Some of them are not even related to the question. In short, if you buy from them You will have a bad time. Dont buy from this site.

I ordered a controller for my boyfriend way back in April. It is now june 20th and I still don’t have the package. 1 day after purchasing, i requested a refund but was denied because “it had been shipped already”. Do not buy with them. Its a fuggiin SCAM!

I placed my order on 31/03/2020. It is now almost three months and I still have not received my purchase, while their website claims that the maximum waiting period for an order is 31 days. I paid $9.99 for “premium” tracking, yet I am unable to understand anything because it is in another language! All I am able to make out is that the most recent update was 15/04/2020 which is well over two months ago. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have requested a refund and their customer service who don’t seem to speak English have refused to offer me one. They are also unable to provide an explanation as to why my order has not arrived.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This is a total scam, I paid for a controller over almost 2 months ago now. Have contacted support multiple times and they keep telling me to check tracking. I still have not recieved my order.

On May 1st I ordered a new PS4 controller from Arctic Gamers because I could tell my old controller was dying. It still isn't here OVER A MONTH LATER! It's been over 6 weeks! I've contacted their customer service who claims they've mailed it but the USPS website says they still don't have the package. They emailed me back saying maybe they have the wrong address. I checked my email from where they claimed to be sending it at the beginning of May and it has the right address. I ended up just going to the store and buying a new controller. I will never be ordering from Arctic Gamers again as I feel like I have been scammed. Don't buy from them!!!

It has been over 2 months since I ordered I still have gotten it I have emailed them asking for a refund and they just completely avoid my question or dont respond total scam.

I bought one in april still isnt there its been 2 month. Beginning to think its a scam since the support is total ass.
