ordered in april and its june now. Havent heard a thing. Ordered off Facebook should have known anything on facebook is garbage anyway

This site is a rip-off. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a refund. Ordered 4/22, PayPal refund 6/25. Tracking never updated, and company waited the full 2 weeks PayPal waited for a response, before they just responded with the tracking number that gave no information. PayPal basically wanted me to wait because they provided tracking, but explaining that the info hasn't changed in over a month, they issued a refund. Buyer beware.

Like all the the respondants here, my order was placed April 29th and having all the same issues with tracking and back & forth with "Stacy" whoever that is. More pissed that I didn't do research. I will find a resource to investigate this - people just taking advantage of others & giggling about it. We'll see who laughs last.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered 3 months ago. Have been having a 2-month long conversation with someone named Stacy via e-mail from Arctic Gamers and she first said my address was incorrect, I said impossible - I want a refund. She has now been “waiting on a reply from the logistics department for my refund” for 3+ weeks now. She only replies once a day, and it’s at 2am. I fear I will never get my money back, I don’t see it happening. I wish I did my research before buying. Fake ass company.

Scam..ordered controller and some thumb grips you put over the joysticks..the joysticks grips came today roughly 4 months late and I doubt il ever see the controller.

Ordered on June 15th, instantly cancelled because of the shipping time and us moving abroad. Got an email saying it was cancelled and the money would be refunded 72 hours later. A week later I emailed them and they said they couldnt refund because it was sent out. Contacted BBB and they said the business is out of business so I reported to the BBB the scam they are running. Wish I would have done my research beforehand

I’m not one to write reviews, but this is legit a scam. They refuse to give refunds. I ordered controller months ago and they still have not gave me any tracking information or any explanation why I can’t receive a refund after 3 months of waiting.

SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Waited months for controllers, when they turned up they were both broken and Arctic refused to take them back. Luckily my bank managed to get me a refund. DO NOT BUY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
