They have a refund policy from purchase and i requested a refund on the first day and they said it has been sent out i have no tracking on the parcel and stacy is the only one eho works there its fake luckily i used paypal terrible service and people get bashed up packaging you can only buy premium shipping but its crap shipping for like 8 quid scam do not buy

I would like to rate this experience as 0 stars. We ordered a controller on April 19, 2020. We have not received the controller yet and the shipping status has not changed for the past 2 weeks. I am beginning to wonder if we will ever see it.

Terrible please avoid if you want decent customer service and delivery time I live in the uk and has taken 2 months for my order and still not here I would give no stars if possible.. and all I get is a automated messege telling me it's due to covid19 which is pure rubbish.

These people are frauds. They dont deliver the product. They take ur money and will email u lies constantly and send u fake tracking numbers. You will bever recieve what u order. Do not buy from them. Beware.

Do not purchase from this site. Took 2.5months to arrive from China , they messed my order up and sent the wrong controller. Once arrived the controller looked really good and felt ok. But when holding it you can instantly tell the controller is cheap and poorly built. It literally lasted 2 hrs of use , the X button and square buttons do not work at all. The controller is totally not usable. Waste of time and money. Should have just paid a little extra and bought an official controller. DO NOT BUY !!!!
