I am pleased with my book! The people helping me a long the way were extremely professional. I sometimes felt like there wasn't a ton of personal interest except with the guy that wanted to do my marketing.

I've received excellent concierge experience, despite going through three of them. Outstanding design work, and fabulous press release and advertising experience. But I have to say the editing was jarring in the cost which was beyond my budget. Overall it was a great experience.

Archway publishing's final product was fantastic. I was a bit frustrated in getting a hold of the individual that was working with me on completing the manuscript. I was unable at times to get him on the phone as I had questions that I preferred to ask on the phone versus e-mail. I would give five stars on the final book but average and even poor at times on the support that I received.

Staff was always responsive and helpful

Archway staff were helpful, insightful and encouraging during a process of gathering the many elements to publish a book. My one concern would have been my primary contact during the process left for another job and I was not informed of her leaving until several weeks after she had left. I also was surprised about the quality of some of staff spelling, like the introduction to this review request, there is a misspelling on it. There were also some bad sites that were attached to people's emails.

Archway has been an encouraging and helpful resource. My book, "Proceed to Remembrance" Is published! Thank you Archway for showing me the way.
