Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

Archway Publishing was able to publish my book earlier than expected! The illustrations looked great. However, after the book was released, communication about sales and website creation has been difficult.

very helpful throughout the process. The only downside was that they over-promised on schedule, which took several weeks longer than I was advised at the beginning.

Archway Publishing has a very professional team who did great jobs to help me to publish the Daya of West Lake: the masterpieces of Chinese classical poetry selected and translated with notes, which is the best on best of translations of Chinese classical poetry in English.

I would say that the Archway team did an amazing job! They all were very knowledgeable in their areas. The only criticism I have is with the communication. Often times my emails would get returned within the last few minutes of their shifts so I would often have to wait one to two days to have my questions answered.

I am happy with the process to get my book published. The manuscript was formatted correctly and my cover design was very good using my person photograph. I had good relationship with each consultant at every stage in the process and was on schedule. The only reason not to give five stars is the fact I wasn't satisfied with the publishing consultant that wouldn't return my calls on a timely fashion and I am still waiting to get update when my book will be available for ebook distribution and to place an order for physical books. The other thing is that Archway doesn't help in marketing the book unless you pay for that service and I had proposed the basic package due to budgetary reason. I thought that Simon and Schuster would help along the way also...so I am doing my own marketing with FB and friends....

I am, Aerle Taree, originally of two-time Grammy award winning group Arrested Development. I earned my first bachelors degree from Oglethorpe University I have been employed by the Transportation Security Administration.

The only knock I have is finding out how many copies of the book had been published. I would love to able have that number.

My only complaint is that as I was passed from person to person no one at Archway ever read even a chapter of my memoirs.
