Everything Is great.

Very speedy & meticulous job after Covid-19 scare delay. Kudos to all those involved. One more star will be added after successful marketing.

I have been published in Europe. The system and culture is so different from the US that I cannot establish comparisons. I give 4 stars, but I haven’t had other experiences with American publishers. Pre pandemic services were better, however the people I talk to are always polite.

I have enjoyed working with the staff at Archway, they have been courteous and professional. The only short coming of this type of publishing is the time that it takes overall.

I am a first time publisher. The process was clear and a personal guide assisted me with each step. My end product met or exceeded my expectations. I would use Archway again for business publications. I am a seasoned writer and have resources outside of the Archway package, so I did not use all of their services. For example, I provided my own cover art. They worked with my materials to integrate them in their work flow. The only part of the process that was neither smooth nor satisfying nor a good value was the editing process. Perhaps due to Covid, the editing process was extremely slow. I was promised a 4-6 week range and it took 12 weeks. Further, the edits were not helpful and in some cases were counter to my book's style. I would not pay for editing in the future. I have not purchased any supplemental publicity packages, so I can not speak to those.

I am very happy with the inside of the book, but I was not told that the number of pages could determine whether or not the book had a title on the spine. That is why I am awarding 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice book. Took long to finalize. Too many names to keep straight in correspondence.

I think the book turned out beautifully but I felt that things were not as smooth as they could have been. One department did not know what the other department was doing so there were long times between things getting done. Probably due to covid and people working from home It would have been better to have one concierge person overlooking the entire project. Sometimes it felt like I was out there all alone. With that said, the book turned out great and I love it.
