-Archway showed excellence in editorial, design and content editing. Kudos to Archway professionalism. -But in terms of shipment, overall time taken from ---Manuscript to publication we lost between 8-12 weeks in unexplained delays. I have also appealed for Archway to credit my Royalties direct to my account like you do for US authors due to Central bank controls in Sri Lanka and have yet to hear from Archway despite being promised it will be done by your Jen Henry.

As a new Author this was a helpful service, but I have to say there was a constant push to buy more services. There was also no sense of urgency when they had a task, however when I had one I felt rushed.

End product turned out excellent, consistent with my expectations and investments. Editing process proved to be high quality, as did the printed products. However, the process incurred several unexplained delays. A lack of communication concerning the nature and possible length of these delays left me fearful and frustrated. Unknown potential returns for possible investments in marketing and advertising also resulted in confusion and left me underwhelmed.

I hope the finished product will be okay. There schedule for an actual ebook is very frustrating. Supposedly it takes them 3 weeks after they produce a soft copy before they can get an ebook created. Communication regarding the scheduling is very hard to get and frustrating. I still have not received what I purchased over 2 months ago. The last message was “As for the eBook, it can take up to 3 weeks from the publication date for that format to be available. It should be live by sometime next week as well.”

I have read, and researched this company. It seems there are a lot of "five star" clicks. Yet the negative written reviews seem prevalent. Anyone second guessing this company, and looking for quality, affordable editorial help, should try out this company I found. (Enchanted Ink Publishing) there amazing, and extremely affordable. The production of my first book was very well done, but also very expensive.I had no problem dealing with the different divisions during this phase, and the book looks awesome. But the royalties are ridiculous. I am still under $500 for a book that I know sold HUNDREDS, maybe thousands, of hardback copies. I will research other companies if I decide to publish again.

This took much more time than I expected. I liked the cover layout. Unfortunately, the book was priced way, way too high. I would have reservations about using Archway again--too expensive for what I ended up getting.

I would actually give this company 3 1/2 stars. The main issue that I have had is that getting a hold of people at Archway is very easy when you are being sold services by them. Once you have paid for the services it’s very difficult having people get back to you in a timely manner. There also has been situations in which the details of a product that I have bought has not been fully explained in regards to payment and execution of those services. Overall I feel I am getting a good product through archway it is just difficult, at times, dealing with members of the team that are responsible for publishing my book.
