My relationship with Archway Publishing actually began several years ago. I had investigated other options regarding the publishing of my book without success. I contacted Archway, (and several other self-publishing firms), to discuss terms and conditions and my negotiations with Archway were very close but we couldn't quite get over the goal line. I let the matter of publishing drop for a few years and focused on starting a second book and other aspects of my career. Archway did not give up! I was contacted last year by Archway representatives and we were able move past my issues and arrive at an agreement. Since that time, I have dealt with extremely patient and professional Archway Team Members moving me systematically and efficiently through the four step process of publishing my work. I cannot express the elation and sense of accomplishment I felt as I brought up the title of my book on the website of one of the largest retail stores in the country nor can I sufficiently express my gratitude to Archway for helping me get there. Professional, great communicators, and fast paced. As a first time self-publisher it was a great experience. There was only one issue but it was resolved immediately. I would recommend and use there publishing services in the future.

The book was published exactly as I specified. The Illustrator was great. The Consultants and everyone involved in the process were responsive and caring and were very interested in the books getting distributed to the public. I was very pleased!!

From the first person I encountered at Archway Publishing to the last, I tell you all, despite the COVID lockdown and difficulties, they all managed to represent the company with high courtesy and professionalism.
