Hard to work with. Did not follow through on royalty payments - paid 14 cents on a $12.99 book (!). Had to complain to head of marketing. A year later, they gave my EXACT book title away to another author!! This second book had the same general storyline as mine. UNBELIEVABLE.

AN EXTREMELY PAINFUL 4 MONTH PROCESS: UNNECESSARY ROAD BLOCKS EG. COPYRIGHTS, PERMISSION SLIPS. THEY WERE UNDER A DELUGE OF BOOKS, AND ALL IT WAS JUST A TACTIC TO DELAY MINE UNTIL IT ITS TURN IN THE CUE, HAD THEY ONLY READ THE BOOK FIRST, A LOT OF THE ISSUES COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED, I PROVIDED COVER. AND PROOFED TEXT. THEY COULD NOT ACCEPT PDF FILES. IMAGES IN THE TEXT FOLIO MIX HAD TO BE DISMANTED, THEN PRINTED SMALLER THAN REQUESTED,

My book was printed with an illustration missing-an error on the side of Archway. I have called and emailed numerous times and keep getting the run around. I have had people unknowingly purchase the book already with the missing illustration as it is still available. I am still waiting on the mistake to be fixed as well as having someone from Archway reach out to me. After the amount I paid to have my book published, this is simply unacceptable.
