The culture of the company is very hostile and poorly educated, the way they communicate and treat new employees is as if they were a burden, they make you feel that you are not doing anything right and they are not interested in teaching you right, when i say ¨They¨ I mean a specific person, she is going to make your life miserable until you quit. I was only there for a month and every day was horrible, I was the sixth person to occupy that position in less than a year, I was told by an employee who preferred to keep quiet about the abuse to keep his job that no one got along with her, that she made the other five employees before me quit because she made them feel miserable. When i confronted her for the way she spoke to me one time out of many times, she got really mad and took it really personal to the level where she wouldn’t even speak in a group conversation where i was part of and whats worst is that nobody will do anything because you are the new guy and you are not valuable enough. I went home everyday wanting to quit until i finally did it and is the best decision i have ever made.
