I purchased the Lady Rose plan and immediately needed an upgrade. I received clear communication and responses to be able to obtain the updated plans within a week. Amazing work!

We kept coming back to the Haystack 2. It just felt right for our family. The layout works well, especially the flow between the kitchen and living room. Can’t wait to build it.

Love the Houseplans, love the customer service! Hands down, the best in the space! Woodstone Communities Statesville, NC

Our experience with Archival Designs was really good. Paulo and the team were always available to assist with refining our haystack plan, ensuring our specifications were met. It truly felt like working with experts who were committed to creating the home of our dreams.

As first-time home builders expecting a new addition to our family, the Black Creek house plan was ideal. The detailed and easy-to-understand plans have been great for our builder. With a little help from my parents for their in-law suite on the second floor, our house is almost complete. We look forward to many happy years in this home, and my parents are excited about their home away from home.

The staff at Archival Designs is both friendly and knowledgeable. They offer excellent team support and high-quality products. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

We are thrilled to have worked with Archival Designs on our new house plans. Ana was wonderful to work with, seamlessly integrating all our requested changes into the design. The entire AD team was supportive and responsive. We highly recommend Archival Designs for anyone looking to build their dream home.

Words can’t express our gratitude towards Paulo at Archival Designs. After a disappointing experience with another design firm, finding Paulo was a blessing. He was incredibly attentive and patient, ensuring our dream home was exactly as we envisioned. Although we can only afford to build one home, if we win the lottery, Archival Designs will be our go-to for future homes! Thank you for making our dream home a reality.
