Dont do it. Dropping off your vehicle at 4700 Island Ave Phila. You pull in stop at a stop sign and when you see a van fly by you, you are to try and follow them around the lot to a parking area. NOT. We never received a confirmation about our return pickup. Website says they come around every 10-15 mins. We didnt see anyone for more like 25-30 mins then another person who was also waiting finally saw one of the vans yelled at them to stop because they were flying by the pickup site. We never received any confirmation email or text from them. On their website it does not say we need to call them just that they run 24/7 every 10-15 mins. I called the number on my confirmation email of me booking them. Parking Lot Phone:+1 4454443064. I called 4 times, another couple called multiple times. We only got a message. The guy that picked us up when we told him just shrugged his shoulders. Hey, good costumer service. The vans are a piece of junk. Rattles, there was a bearing noise, seats ripped up, trash on the floor and the step getting into the pick up van at the airport was bent down and luckily I was behind the elderly gentleman and caught him from falling back.
