I really wanted to like this company
I really wanted to like this company. I deposited a small amount of BTC. At first, everything looked good. I could see the dashboard had trades, the account was growing, I could see a lot going on. I received a phone call about a promotion that was going on and I could see the promo on the website. I did not utilize it. I did a small withdrawal, just over my initial deposit. I expected it to be fairly quick, it was not. Took over 24 hours and only completed after I contacted support. I let the funds ride. I only have a small account, under $200. I noticed after that, that the account was no longer growing. There were no trades for days. I was planning on depositing more funds and letting them grow. So, I withdrew the rest of the funds from my account. Or so I thought I was going to. My withdrawal has now been pending for over 1 month. I have contacted support numerous times with no response. And still no trading going on. My funds now seem stuck with no contact from support. If any of this changes, I will update my review. Currently, I would not recommend this company. I would have if I had placed this review 3 months ago.
