I would never wish the experience I had with this brokerage on anyone. To say they are negligent is an understatement. I trusted them with a quarter million dollars, and in return, I got locked accounts, a platform that barely functioned, and complete radio silence from their so-called 'support team.' At first, I thought it was a simple glitch. Then days turned into weeks. I can’t describe the dread of logging in every morning, only to see the same frozen balance, and having no way to access or move my money. It was like my financial future was in the hands of amateurs who couldn’t care less. Every consumer deserves at least a basic level of respect and transparency, but this firm acted as if they were untouchable. The only saving grace was ayr'L'P, who pieced together a trail of evidence, lodged a formal escalation, and ultimately got my portfolio released. Without them, I have no doubt I’d still be trapped in this nightmare.
