DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Fragrances don’t last at all. I bought my partner afternoon swim, it smells nothing like the original Complete waste of money, my guess is most of their good reviews are completely fake.

Avoid this company. Never received my order and the customer service department were no help whatsoever. Jake the so called customer service manager was useless. The courier they use just left the package unattended at the front door and it went missing. They did not want to help in any way. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, the retailer is responsible for your parcel until it is in your physical possession. If a courier leaves a package outside—without you specifically designating it as a "safe place"—and it is stolen, the retailer must provide a replacement or refund. Even after sending them my rights they didn't help

Amazed how many good reviews there are, Ive purchased 3 in a deal last year. All just smell like soap. Seeing lots of good reviews I thought Maby I just got a bad batch so I decided to try Imagine but again just smells like soap, Nothing like the real thing.

Ordered 6 bottles of Aramic fragrances, the delivery got left on my door step on a corner house on a busy road. Contacted Aramic support email to let them know right away by email (13/06/2026). I got a response the same day asking if I have CCTV footage or ring doorbell and whether I have checked with all neighbours. I haven't got cctv or ring doorbell but I checked with neighbours and confirmed its missing by 16/06/2026. I chased for an update on the 17th and 18th, got a response on the 19th after reviewing the case they would not go any further unless I raise to police with the CCTV or ring door bell footage (which I already confirmed I do not have). This is outrageous, my order is missing due to leaving the parcel in the open for anyone to take. Aramic should be liable for anything delivery related as they have sourced the courier, not me. It is not the customers fault or problem to sort out if their purchased product isn't delivered safely and in the hands of the customer. The customer shouldn't have to suffer any losses and inconveniences over this. They have now stopped replying back to me after saying contact the police with cctv, even though I have stated to them I cannot do what they are asking for because I do not have any cctv or ring doorbell. I am very disappointed because I been recommended that the scents are amazing by more than 1 person, which is why I ordered a fair few.

My son ordered from these guy's and I loved the product so ordered for myself the parcel was left on my door step not instructed by myself and someone has taken it i door not have a ring doorbell or my neighbour's i sent emails but but luck I don't want a refund just for them to replace the 3 items I paid for

Placed an order for 5 bottles. Which never turned up! Amazon delivered them to the wrong location. So reached out to the customer service team who are rude and need to learn some manners. Left delivery instructions to help the driver which were ignored. The customer service team told me to reach out to Amazon. When it’s their job too! Shocked is an understatement - avoid this company!

My package was supposedly “delivered” but was left completely unsecured and was taken from my doorstep. The delivery was not made safely or responsibly, yet the company are now telling me to go and get my neighbours’ Ring doorbell footage for a package that was never properly delivered to me in the first place. Despite the item being missing, they are refusing to refund or replace it and taking no responsibility whatsoever. Customer service has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful throughout. Would strongly advise people to avoid this company if you expect reliable delivery service or decent customer support. Do not use this company!

I read the reviews purchased 3 bottles. But was very dissatisfied nowhere they smell near to the original total waste of money. I strongly advise do not buy I would of sent them back but unfortunately, my partner disposed the boxes be careful, save your money
