$800 pump needs to replaced after 4 years!
Paid $800 for a AMR-S3FVAL recirculator pump to heat our shower water in 2022. In 2026, it stopped working. Customer service diagnosed it as needing a replacement. We're shopping for other brands.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Purchased a circulation pump from an online retailer that had it dropped shipped from manufacturer , Aquamotion. Although still in warrantee, the pump failed. I called the manufacturer customer service. They were able to immediately locate the sale date and sent replacement pump within 3 days with a ups return shipping label. On top of that they add a 1 year warrantee to the new pump. Customer service was very upbeat about the entire issue. The real bonus was when I called, a human being answered the phone--no recordings and no being put on hold.!!
