Excellent customer service!
Sizing was a full size smaller than the details provided. The biggest issue is trying to return items for a refund. I printed the Return Authorization label they provided, paid $30 to ship via Canada Post to Richmond, BC and yesterday received notice from CP the parcel was not picked up so has been returned to me at a further cost of $30! I have contacted them via Amazon but have very low expectations that I will ever receive a refund, especially since I have now paid double for my order - $60 for the original cost of the items and $60 for shipping costs. Avoid this company. UPDATE - I would like to change my opinion of Aqua Eve… they quickly made things right by refunding all of my original invoices AND told me to keep the bathing suits! They are too small for me so I will donate them to our local Women’s Shelter where I know they will be much appreciated. Great Customer Service, Aqua Eve - THANK YOU!
