I was in need of a new passport and didn't have much time before I had to leave. APVI did an excellent job keeping me informed and within a week I had my new passport. I would recommend them to anyone- they are a company to be trusted!

Had business travel and my passport was expiring in 2 months (State Dept won't allow travel with less than 6). They allowed me to come in and drop off passport at DC office up to 2000 and pick it up (cutting out the whole FedEx time delays). Got it back in a couple days. I had an issue with my check (had a strikeout on it) and they took care of it and billed me. Great service. Using the official channels would have been 10 days at fastest. P.s. (NAME) is great.

I contacted APVI to help me expedite my passport renewal. Their customer service was awesome. They communicated with me regularly and kept me apprised of my passport status daily (if not more often). My passport application was submitted to the State Department within 24 hours of me starting the application process and was back in my hands less than 4 days after I sent it to APVI. Considering 2 days of that time was taken up by FedEx between APVI and me, the turn-around was right as they promised (I selected the 2 day option). I will definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues in need of expedited passport and visa services in the future.

My son was invited to visit Brazil with a ten day suspense, all our friends, even other passport services, said it would never happen.... Well, (NAME) and APVI came through, the passport is here and Jeremy is on his way. Applying for a Visa was a new task for me and APVI made the process very smooth. (NAME) was a huge help as he reviewed my documents and let me know what else was needed to avoid a costly back and forth shipment of documents.
