When you realize your passport has expired and you must make the trip, this company is the only way to go.

Called this company out of desperation after realizing that our son's passport had expired. They walked me through the process and made sure every T was crossed and I dotted. The next week (with only 10 days left before our family trip), my husband and I realized that our other child's passport had expired. Again, I called, was assured that APVI could deliver in time for our trip, and again, customer service patiently and calmly walked me through each detail; even advising me to pay the less expensive expedite fee, and assured me that APVI could deliver in time for our trip. Our first child's passport arrived earlier this week (6 days total time). Today, (only 4 mornings after beginning the process), our second child's passport arrived! I must admit, I was concerned about trusting a company I had never heard about with such time sensitive and secure documents. I neglected to check my passport expiration date in time to renew before an upcoming trip. I had no other option than to have a courier service like APVI help me renew my passport as quickly as possible. (I checked the BBB website and found that APVI had an excellent rating.) The paperwork was straightforward. I FedExed the materials to APVI. The passport arrived in the time frame requested. If you don't have the time to follow the normal passport renewal process (which takes weeks), you must put a lot of trust in the courier companies. I trusted APVI, and they came through for me.

Decided to go to Ireland (the gentiles holy land) and did not want any hassles with any government system where I could be involved in the traditional "ego extortion" form a lady behind the counter. A very good solution, very cool.... Uncle Bill

I found these guys because I was in a bind. I realized my passport was about to expire and we were going on a trip to Europe within 48 hours. These guys saved us big time from having to change our flights around. I really thought I was out of luck, was so stressed out. We had to request for a name change in our child's passport cause it was misspelled. I don't know why. I contacted APVI for help. They requested some documents needed for processing, we got their standard service, and delivered the new passport quick. A++++ for the service! Highly recommended!

I sent my documents on Monday the 13th and received my passport on the Friday the 17th that is technically 3 business days! Not bad since I had ordered the 3-4 business day service. I'm given you five starts but you have to fix your status checking portal....I debated if I needed to deduct one star because of that but the overall experience was great!
