I rarely recommend publicly, but we realized we had an expired passport 5 days before a scheduled vacation abroad! Within minutes of speaking with a representative at Apviexpress, I was told exactly what to do, how much it would cost and whether or not our trip could continue as planned - and everything worked perfectly! Not only that, I was well communicated throughout the process and up to the day I received the new passport! I absolutely recommend Apviexpress for any passport need - the're awesome!.

I have done a lot of business with online companies and have never had a group that has taken better care of me. They were professional, thorough, fast and easy to work with. They guided me through each step with precision and kept me updated on my transaction. And they got done early!! Well done! Thank you.

Throughout the entire process, these guys were professional, courteous, responsive and followed through on everything that they said they would! Even when I was on the verge of hysteria, they were extremely empathetic and calming. Under difficult circumstances, I received my passport exactly when they said I would, even when things went a bit awry (and it was not because of APVI!) I would highly recommend this company!!!
