American Passport & Visa InternationalReviews of apvi.com

Passport in my hands one week after this company and my new friend, Johnny Mercado began to help me. Professional, attentive, quick responses, endless patience and a sense of humor actually made an otherwise technical and confusing process quite simple. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

With my summer vacation less than 10 days away it sent me into a frenzy and state of panic. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and easy step by step directions in processing my lost passport. The kind folks at APVIExpress were a lifesaver. The prompt emails and phone calls reassured me that they were on top of things helping me make sure all my ducks were in a row and that my passport would be delivered just in time for my vaca. Thanks a lot and I definitely would recommend APVIExpress to anyone who needs there passport or visa!!!

I will be honest... I had reservations about using a 3rd party company with my sensitive information. The first call that I made to APVI was just to gather information and I am so grateful that I got the speak with Johnny. He made me feel so comfortable and was very patient and thorough when answering my questions. The process was 100% what Johnny explained to me and there were no errors or set backs. Johnny checked in and communicated with me every step of the way. I am beyond impressed with the customer service and the pride that Johnny and APVI put into making sure that I was well taken care of. The money that I spent with this company is something that I am proud of and I would gladly do again. I can't be more grateful for Johnny and his assistance with my passport process.

This service is perfect and just what I needed! They were able to deliver my passport on time for my trip with a fast turn around. I was SO glad I found them. I was worried that I might not make my trip on time, but they delivered. I highly recommend!

The experience I had with APVI was one of the best I have ever had. I needed to get my passport for a destination wedding and had to jump through hoops because my parents were not listed on my birth certificate. This gave me little time and and little hope I'd get my documents in time. However, I was fortunate enough to find this magnificent company. My point of contact was Johnny Mercado and when I tell you he is amazing that is no lip service. He guided me through each step and assured me that I would have my passport in time. The term "service with a smile" rarely applies these days in customer service situations, but Johnny exceeds all expectations and goes above and beyond. He was there for me for questions, updates, and you can hear his smile over the phone, it's contagious! I received my passport in three business days of shipment, simply incredible! If you need your documents quick, hast, and in a hurry, do yourself a huge favor and contact APVI. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will thank your lucky stars! Thank you APVI, from the bottom of my heart!

I had to renew my passport for an upcoming trip. I had a little time, but wanted to assure the process would not take more than a couple of weeks. After payment, they called me and led me through the process step by step. Great response times and I was kept informed through the entire process. I had just one contact person, Johnny Mercado, who made sure I got things right. I used the 2 week turnaround option and had the new passport in my hands 9 days later! I highly recommend this company.

Timely turnaround, great customer service and friendly follow-up. I highly recommend APVI Express. They worked with me to insure a timely and expedited renewal of my passport for an unexpected family trip. We were also able to get our visas within 2 days. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. They walked me through the entire process and ensured there were no mistakes on our applications. Excellent service, and I was able to relax and just enjoy my travel!
