I do not trust this company! I have been waiting for an order that I placed for a magnetic chess game via X (formerly Twitter) since 28 October and received bogus shipping information via email as the tracking doesn't work. The shipping company's name is shippingat24hservice.vip (@ sign replaced with words as not allowed Trustpilot review) If I had seen this name I would have not purchased from appreciablet.com as I was stung previously when buying a wood splitter online and they happened to be the shipping company. I referred my issue to PAYPAL as I had paid via them and they agreed to view my case. The outcome was that I received a full refund via PAYPAL. I am still receiving bogus shipping information from the shipping company stating that my item is now in UK and on its way!

Think I’ve been scammed like others on here. Placed my order in October and still not arrived weeks later. Tracking emails say it is in the UK. But not with me. Avoid them

This is a scam - no product received trying to get my £ back grr - also need to check they have not hacked my card apparently . DO NOT USE

When your item isn’t delivered as they didnt put a number on your address and it’s returned to them This company will not replace or refund you do not buy from them

Do not buy from this Company, I never received my order, according to tracking it arrived in the UK on the 1st November and cleared customs on the 4th, the next update it was in transit from Manchester and when I checked the postcode it had left from, it was a row of terraced houses! BEWARE UPDATE The package finally arrived, it was ordered on the 16th October and arrived on the 20th November which far exceeded their 5 - 15 days quoted
