Scam! Placed my order for multiple games on 14.10.23. It’s now 27.11.23. Last tracking update available Is from 11.11.23 stating parcel is somewhere in Ireland. I asked few times for a refund or new parcel to be send. I was told NO as parcel was send. It’s clear that parcel was either lost or never send in a first place given the quality of customer service. It’s a joke.

Ordered a game for my son’s birthday - one month in advance, the promised delivery date was 5-15 days. 40 days later and I have still not received my item. The only response I get from their customer service group is an e-mail with two links to click on to ‘help resolve the problem’ and neither link works. I think my only recourse is to now contact my credit card company to get a refund from them !!

Ordered on the 14th of October but still haven't received anything. The carrier who is meant to be sending it me has said there is still a issue with my order and to contact the company I bought it off. There is no answer from them. I think this is a loss, I also think it's a scam which is really unfortunate as I wanted the magnet chess game for my church! I hope they see this and be honest and send me the game! I have bought off Facebook adds before and never had any issues until now!

Ordered the item over 6 weeks ago and despite numerous emails for tracking my item, have not received the item ordered. I have not received any reply from the company. To say it’s a scam is an understatement.The email address for the delivery company in Lincoln is non-existent. Utter thieves.

Ordered something on 12 October 23 and six weeks later and numerous follow ups they can’t tell me where it is or when it’s coming. I’m sure it’s a scam. When I first ordered and paid they took a higher amount off the card than they were supposed to however after bringing to their attention they did rectify that. However I’m still out by however much I actually paid as I’ve received nothing. Scammers

Waited ages for goods to arrive. When they did they had been inadequately packed and the boxes were completely trashed so I couldn't give these as gifts. I asked for a refund. I was offered £3 "compensation" - I paid £40.46 for 2 Tetra Tower Stacking games (plus £8.09 in taxes not mentioned on the invoice) - which are available at HALF this price from Amazon I subsequently found out. I have exchanged about 20 emails - they can't refund me because the postage to send them back would cost more than they're worth. I suggested sending flat packed boxes so that I could repack them - no comment. Eventually they offered £5 compensation. Their customer service is terrible. I've ended up paying more than twice as much as I should and they arrived in damaged boxes. Lesson learnt - NEVER shop from Facebook adverts and ALWAYS check reviews

After 5 weeks I still have not received my order. Tracking showed it 40 miles away 10 days ago.
