I ordered a simple game for my niece. One month later it hasn’t arrived. Customer services reply with standard responses. It’s apparently been delivered to somebody in another city 70 miles away. Avoid these people, yet another fraudulent bunch of shysters!

Ordered on 15th October. Shipping update shows was in Edinburgh on 12th November but 18 days later is still there. Contacted company and they sent a link that is expired when you open it. Opened a file with PayPal to try and get refund. Do not use this company!!

Terrible company do not use. Communication seems good and they are responsive but delivery for some simple games has been over 2 months and they are still not delivered. Looking at PayPal my payment was made to “veawq Co Ltd” They overcharged me. I challenged the non delivery of goods via pay pal and thankfully they are refunding. They seem to ship from USA looking at the tracking info. DO NOT USE

as others have said, no delivery and tracking makes no sense - landed in cardiff customs, now being dispatched from China! Beware of buying things from facebook ad. I was a fool!

Ordered 19/10/2023 hoping to receive ready for Xmas but lost all hope, it appears on tracking as in Lincoln but not updated for 20 days. They appear impossible to contact, they send you a link which seems to expire immediately. RECEIVED TODAY 13/12/2023

I placed an order for 4 x 32 block Tetra Towers and received an email confirming the order and that my credit card would be debited by £54.37; upon checking my credit card account, I noticed that the company had debited £65.24. I immediately contacted them to advise that this was unacceptable and I wanted to cancel the order. In response, I received and email advising that a refund had been made to my credit card for £10.87; as I did want the items, I accepted this. The package was delivered; because the flimsy boxes had been sent in a thin plastic bag, each box was battered by the transit - in addition, upon inspecting the boxes, I discovered that I had been sent 4 x 16 block sets instead of the 32 block sets. I've just contacted them for a refund. Unfortunately, it's not possible to give no stars.
