Same as other ordered a magnetic chess set 12 October on Facebook. Regardless of countless communication and complaints I still have never seen or received this item (16 Dec today). Going to phone my bank even though it's been a while and never doing this again.

I ordered something from this company over 8 weeks ago. Payment was taken promptly but delivery has yet to happen. Tracking information came every 10 days or so and showed that very little movement was happening with it. It took over a month to show it had left the US, arrived in Ireland (where I live) and no further info for 2 more weeks. Trying to find a way to deal with customer support was a labyrinth of dead ends and when I finally found a way to communicate, the reply was to send me a new tracking link that shows my order was just dispatched in China. No movement since then. Stay away from this company!

Avoid at all costs. Bought three of the magnetic ‘chess’ games via a Facebook ad as Xmas presents. Products that have eventually arrived bear no resemblance to the photos or video in the advert and is very poor quality. The company is refusing to refund saying they have provided the correct product! Needless to say I now have to find three more Xmas presents and what has been delivered is going straight into the bin. Have escalated to PayPal for a resolution but my expectations are not high. I can only hope my experience stops others from wasting their money.

I ordered two magnetic chess games at the end of October in response to Instagram posts. I contacted the company repeatedly once I had been informed that the item was in the UK. Eventually one game arrived in damaged packaging, but the company has not responded to requests for a refund for the missing game. I would not recommend this company or product.

Ordered the magnetic chess game, along with some other items at the end of October. Items arrived today, 12th December. Tracking worked and showed them doing an around the world tour before arriving. Once they have arrive, the magnetic chess game looks nothing like what was ordered.

Avoid!! Absolute scam! Ordered chess game on 16th October, has not arrived. Tracking says arrived in Edenderry Ireland on 16th November, Ireland small country I’d walk up to collect it faster than the 4 weeks they are saying it’s taking to be delivered from there!! Absolute ridiculous, why it would arrive there anyway is beyond me, clearly this company just picking up locations from a map! Company refusing to refund me as they say shipped! Like previous review I was overcharged also and they refunded that immediately when questioned, so suspicious, complete scammers! Such a pity that companies ruin it for legitimate businesses trying to make living!

Complete scam ordered chess set 2 Nov never recd, tracking says stuck 30 Nov in uk. Get bounced back n forth between them and shipping company. And they over charged me but got a refund for that bit. Going to try chargeback with my bank. The email address and tel number on Facebook don’t exist so says it all.

SCAM company do not use! ordered a magnetic game in october. its not arrived and it wont. You cannot contact the seller or the shipping company as its all a front and you get the same "contact the seller" email however you try to contact them. Fortunately I paid via paypal and they have offered me a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A ROGUE COMPANY!
