Awful! Took 6 weeks, they overcharged £3.30, added insurance and used Evri! Never received it and they are blaming Evri and told me to claim from them! All messages and emails to this scam company, do not prompt a reply. Now out of pocket by £17.33

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. They overcharged me on my card £5.05 extra. Which seems a regular issue for customers not a one off mistake. I haven’t received my goods yet but wish I hadn’t ordered now at all. Update - it’s 30/10 today and still no delivery.

I received my order (took almost 7 weeks) it was put on crooked, it fell apart as the glue had dried, it didn’t work as there were insufficient parts and I was offered a £2 refund. Just awful, never again, same as every poster on here, should have read the reviews!

Ordered the 'Dogs pooping in Beautiful places' calendar as a fun gift for a friend. Goods received quite quickly but when I opened the package the pictures are close ups (some very close) of the dogs, no beautiful places, no photo bombing dogs to make you laugh, no places, just poop, the pictures in the advert are fake. What was meant to be funny is just gross. "Customer service" says no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

No stars for this company. A scam! No goods have arrived. Fortunately, I paid using Mastercard and the money was refunded 48 hours from the time I made a claim. I'm still getting email notifications saying the goods are on there way! From the US🤔

My disappointment mirrors exactly the other comments here about appreciablet.com. I stumbled across an advert on Instagram & bought two sets of birds coasters approx £18. They took £3 more. I contacted them, they apologised & refunded the £3. I was so disappointed with the coasters when they arrived. Very poor quality wood & designs, dirty & smelled burnt. They seem like a cheap imitations. Certainly not as shown in the online photos. I have sent numerous emails & annotated photos to highlight my concerns but appreciablet.com will take no responsibility for the issue saying they were checked in the warehouse. I asked to send them back as I said they were not fit for purpose (faulty) but they refused to pay the postage back to USA. They have offered me a £4 refund (& told me I could give them away! I had already said I had bought them as gifts but couldn’t even give them away!) I am still £14 out of pocket. It now transpires that the warehouse is in a different country so they probably haven’t even seen the product. I am so disappointed & feel ripped off.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I saw these coasters on a reputable site but when I went to order some mistakenly got them from this company. The cost was £12.19. They took £15.22. I complained and asked them to cancel the order as the trust was gone. They refused saying it was too late. They’ve refunded the additional £3.04 but I’m not holding my breath for the balance or receipt of a decent product. A valuable lesson in not purchasing in haste!
