AppMySiteReviews of appmysite.com

They changed my subscription from $99 to $999 without my consent and this unacceptable . i have never seen anything like this . i urge you to refund this huge payment taken from my card asap. this is ridiculous.

Disappointed and Frustrated with AppMySite’s Billing Practices I am deeply disappointed with my experience with AppMySite. Without any notification or my consent, they upgraded me from a starter program to a much more expensive plan — with a price difference of approximately $1,600. Shockingly, they charged this amount to an expired credit card. When I contacted them, I was informed that some banks allow this, which only added to my frustration. Whether or not the bank permits it, the responsibility lies with AppMySite to inform and obtain permission from the customer — especially when making such a significant change in pricing. This lack of transparency and accountability has left me feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied. I would caution anyone considering using AppMySite to be very careful with their billing practices. Double-check what you're signing up for — and more importantly, monitor your payment methods closely.

Terrible customer service, program doesn't work, they blame you for there platform not working, they get on platforms to promote lifetime deals and then take away features that were used to encourage sales. It's just a mess over there.

They increased my subscription by 560% without any proper notification so my yearly fee went from $377 up to $2115 I asked for my account to be cancelled and for a refund, but they said they have a no refunds policy. I can't find their terms of service or refunds policy anywhere on the site, so it's almost a deliberate deception and a way of making a lot of money off you with no recourse. I will never deal with them again.

They increased their one-touch publishing feature from $9 / year to $108 per year. They did not inform me within the 45 days required by California and just charged my card and refuse to refund me. They sent an email announcing the increase in mid-December which went to spam along the millions of other emails that one gets during Christmas. As soon as I got the charge in my card I contacted them demanding a refund and they declined saying that their policy doesnt allow for refunds. This is a shame because I am one of their early backers and loved the platform but after this I hate their business practices. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and secretary of state in California and will make sure to share this experience with my network and their networks. This could have been resolved easily and in a friendly way but instead they opt to steal from their first backers and customers.

Absolutely ridiculous, I have issue with download app and it's been more than two days not been fixed they only create a new ticket but nothing happening
