Wish I could give zero stars. My one experience with Apple Express has guaranteed that going forward, I will avoid giving them any business that is within my power to do so. They delivered a package from Old Navy to me without any notification or effort to let me know it had arrived, and I was home so even a doorbell ring would have sufficed, and because of the non-effort of their driver, the package was stolen off my porch. Apple Express didn't respond to an email about it, and of course Old Navy won’t give any effort to rectify the situation either. I’d have been better off wiping my behind with the money I spent. So I will never again order from Old Navy or any vendor that uses Apple Express.

Service pourri, on recoit notre colis une fois sur trois et meme là, pas à la bonne adresse ou en retard. J'appellerai demain le magasin qui les prends pour leur livraison pour leur conseiller vivement de ne plus les engager ! Mon colis est en cours de livraison depuis 4 jours et aujourd'hui, ils ne savent plus où il est ! Service de MA***E

Package was stolen. Contents were removed from the box.

Horrible, horrible company. They are the absolute worst shipper I have ever dealt with. They were handed off my package from a better and more reputable shipping company and I wish I never had to deal with them. Rude, disrespectful, horrible to deal with. They do not even allow a customer to pick up my own property anywhere. Sent my package back to where it came from after I already paid customs/duty to the first shipping company. Anyone thinking of using them I highly recommend avoiding at all costs. Save yourself the headache.

Apple Express is dishonest, or at least my deliverer was: claims to have attempted delivery, that there was no door answer, but every time someone buzzes our door it is logged and NO ONE buzzed today despite their claim that they did. Just a tactic because they couldn't do whet they said they would do: deliver today. Horrible service and untrustworthy.

The worst delivery company ever. They didn't even put my box on my porch and I didn't even see it!

I just had a package recently delivered and this pretentious princess who delivered it sounded like a baby and had the tenacity to use my phone number after and text me that he waited 3 minutes at my door in the rain after he continuously knocking and ringing my door bell, the only thing true was rain. He sent this after I answered the door and told him he needs to give some one time to answer the door as I have 2 babies I was putting down for a nap.
