They helped with my amazon seller account issues. Their team is amazing and they did a very good job!

Our Amazon account had been suspended for over two years. We was exhausted with using all possible avenues to get this resolved and reinstated. Fortunately we came across Appeal Wizards who have been very helpful from day 1. Although this matter was not resolved within the estimated timescale we could not be anymore thankful for the hard work that was involved in order to get our account back up and running. The long wait was certainly worth it and we would definitely recommend these guys who know what they are doing. Just to confirm the long wait was caused by Amazon and not Appeal Wizards. Communication between Appeal Wizards and us was fantastic. Thank you once again for helping us get back on track.

Highly reccomended. It look them 4 months, but they kept at it! They never gave up and they succeeded in reactivating the account. I thought they were submitting info to Amazon, but instead they were emailing Amazon's internal team, then BOOM - reacatived. I was stunned to say the least.

There aren't enough stars to express my deep gratitude for what Appeal Wizards has been able to do for the serious problem I was battling as an Amazon Seller. Understand that I have had issues in the past with Amazon, and have hired other consultants (i.e Riverbend, Chis McCabe - "ecommercechris," as well as a handful of "Amazon Lawyers"). My Case Manager went the extra mile to make certain that my problem was resolved. She worked diligently through the weekend to ensure that every effort would be made to restore my listing within a week's time. This, of itself, is an amazing accomplishment taking into consideration the seriousness of my dilemma. Appeal Wizards are worth every penny of the first class service they provide to their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.
