This has been a wild ride for me. Let's start from the beginning. I believe sometime in August of 2021 my account got suspended. I didn't know why or what was causing this suspension. I would call customers support but they wouldn't be blunt with me about what was happening with my seller account. So I googled for help and saw Appeal wizards. Gave them a call, Derek started to tell me what they could do for my account. I look around a little bit more and the prices were a lot higher for others like riverbendconsulting. So I went with appeal wizards. A little scared but now looking back I should have gone with them a lot sooner I believe my issue would have been fixed faster!! I would like to give appeal wizards a big thanks and Derek is also a great guy always willing to answer my question!! Thank you, guys!!

I had to be very patient in this process because Amazon stopped looking at my appeals. Amanda helped me work with Amazon and write an appeal very specific to my situation. Amazon didn’t give me much hope, but appeal wizards did not give up on my account. Thank you for your help and accommodating my calls during all times of the day.

They are so wonderful. They work almost 6 months on my case and then they succeeded. Thanks, Appeal Wizards. I recommend this company to anyone who is having problems with their amazon account.

Don't hesitate to contact Appeal Wizards. I spoke with Brianna initially and she took the time to listen to this matter my store had and mentioned they had experience on this matter. After deciding to use their service they jumped quickly to help me as I was under a tight time crunch to submit the POA!! I next spoke with Derek and Brianna on a scheduled call to start the process of getting my Amazon account reinstated. After speaking for around 20min, Derek and Brianna understood all the details. They went to work writing a professional POA with all the measures captured to present a well-written plan well thought out and put together. I submitted the plan and it was not accepted, so Derek and Brianna when to work to revise the POA and this time worked perfectly!
