Horrible service. Order is still in the process of being produced even tho i sent the order in over a month ago. I've called multiple times and they continue to give me false dates and claim to be STILL IN PRODUCTION?!?!? This is ridiculous. The lack of updates and the time i've spent on the phone checking in on this order is enough to make me never work with these guys again. STAY AWAY.

Orders work shirts which did not fit, so I needed to return. Not only did I have to pay return shipping, but the company dinged me $23 for the free shipping I received. What kind of crap is that!!! I even reordered a different size when initiating the return of the clothes that did not fit. Of course I was unaware of their sucky return actions. I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend to friends, family and coworkers.

TERRIBLE! I tried to buy a hoodie and then when I put in my address and stuff it says I cannot buy it because I was not enough money! I had to spend 250$ for me to buy the hoodie like what! Do not buy from here they are scammers

Edwin, You must be confusing us with some other business. With ApparelnBags.com; you can buy as little as one item and as many as thousands of items with standard checkout, and pay with any valid payment method including Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Bank Transfer and even check.

The quality of their embroidery is extremely poor - there were gaps and inconsistent stitching across all 100 of the hats I ordered. Also, the sew proofs they offer are small photos taken with poor lighting, so it's very hard to judge your thread colors or details of the design before giving the OK to move forward into production. Customer service was not helpful and honestly very rude when I first spoke to them on the phone. Their services are cheap but you get what you pay for.

We were already on a tight timeline and when we talked to Kevin in sales, he said they COULD DO THE JOB and would be sending the quote on this past Friday. Now on Monday, we STILL DONT HAVE IT and at this point it is too late to get what we needed for our event. If they couldot have accomodated us they should have said so instead of promising to do something they could not or would not do. Now, we will not have what we needed for our event.

Please accept our apologies. I discussed this Kevin operations manager and what I learned is, Kevin had to leave early on Friday and did not come to work on Monday. While I understand his side of response; I completely understand we as company should have come through (we should have had better communication between us to get back to you). I used this unfortunate incident to train my staff and look forward to not repeating this again. We believe our new process will eliminate or at least minimize such mistakes and allow us to help (timely) our customers like you. Thank you very much for the opportunity to work on your quote.

I am a custom apparel company that orders from wholesale dealers. The company that carries Port Authority jackets had a backorder so I looked for a company that had some already in stock. I chatted with Kevin at ApparelNBags before placing my order and he told me he confirmed with the warehouse that they physically had 90 pieces of the item I needed, in the color I needed in stock. I placed the order and was immediately emailed that my items were on backorder. I was lied to by customer service and would not have ordered had I been told the items were on backorder. The ONLY reason I ordered was because they confirmed they had the items physically in stock.

The company don’t accept returns or give refunds. They do not put on the homepage that they don’t give refunds or accept returns. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered 9 duffel bags and 3 weeks go by and I heard nothing from Apparelnbags! I called them, they told me that they didn’t have any in stock! They would be backordered, ok!! Then 15 minuets later I get a phone call from the guy I had talked to earlier and he says he found 9 bags and will get them to me! Ok! So a week later I received my order! 6 duffle bags! I called again and they said that’s all they have Sorry! I needed 3 more!! Never did receive them! They cancelled my order! Refunded my money! I had to find 3 more bags! Horrible customer service!

Hello Karen, Please accept my apologies for inconvenience we caused you. I reviewed your account and I am able to see problem order and fulfillment notes. While we use intelligent algorithms to list stock on multiple platforms ( Our Website, Amazon, Sears and more), sometimes we sell more than what we have and we run into situation like this. I apologies for this inconvenience and I strongly believe you should be provided with correct information during first contact. I will discuss this with my team and provide additional training to handle this situation better. We will also send you special discount code and hope to win your future business.
