I think all positive reviews are paid may be. My withdrawals are never arrived to me ever. Live chat is automated here but your withdrawals are processed manually here with wrong memo tags intentionally. They never respond properly for this type of withdrawal issues. Only I received their automated replies in email too. It's a fishy firm and you better find reputable exchange instead.

What I mined and preserved was unfairly collected in an unfamiliar way called "financial adjustment." I was finally thinking about replacing it, so I was amazed at this unjust method. Even if you have never made a transaction, you cannot trust this company that has operated to collect money. PS: I don't seem to be willing to respond to the question "What is financial adjustment?" In the first place, there is no such thing as asking a question for such a purpose in the question category. So, are you aiming to cry and fall asleep? 今まで頑張ってマイニングしてきて貯めていた物を「財政調整」というよくわからない方法で不当に徴収されました。 ようやく交換してみようと思った最中の出来事で言葉が出ません。 一度も取引していないのにお金だけは持っていくこの運営は信用できません。 追記：「財務調整とは何ですか？ 」との質問にまともに対応する気がないようです。 そもそも質問のカテゴリーにそういった用途の質問するようなものがない。なので、泣き寝入りを狙っているのでしょうか。

Scam beware! I asked customer service how to get my money out of my account and they blocked me and stole my money!!! Tried to email to get my account unblocked and says you're blocked and we won't respond to your message!!! I posted on Telegram and Google Play store to warn others and they just erase the bad reviews. Sounds like my story is very similar reading these other reviews!
